Refunds and Returns
Changing your mind: 14 days, no reason needed
You can cancel an order, or part of it, up to 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason.
- How to cancel: tell us in any clear way. Email [email protected] or use the contact form below, with your name and order number. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
- Sending it back: post the products to the address below within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of posting them back.
- Your refund: we refund the price of the products you return. If you cancel the whole order we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We pay within 14 days of receiving the products back, or of you sending us proof that you posted them, to the payment method you used. In practice we usually refund within 5–7 working days.
- What cannot be returned for a change of mind: supplements are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, so a product whose seal has been opened after delivery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Unopened, sealed products can.
Our 30-day guarantee
On top of your legal rights, you may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it, for a refund of its price.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered
Tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible. You are entitled to a full refund if you reject the product within 30 days of receiving it; after that, to a replacement, or to a refund if a replacement is not possible. We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or wrongly sent products. These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing on this page reduces them.
If your parcel has not arrived
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If the tracking shows no delivery, or shows a delivery you did not receive:
- Please check with neighbours, any safe place you named, and your local delivery office.
- Tell us by email. We open the enquiry with Royal Mail ourselves; you do not need to.
- If the parcel has not been found, we send the order again or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom with Royal Mail: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (usually 1–2 working days, £4.05) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2–3 working days, £3.20). Delivery is free on orders over £20. The options and prices that apply to your order are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; if no date was agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order.
